1. Booking & Appointments
All bookings made through Hannah's Beauty Nest are automatically confirmed, but I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my policies or availability.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.
Some services require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment to ensure the treatment is suitable for you and to help me provide the best possible results.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in restrictions on future bookings and 100% of the planned appointment will be charged.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly. Last-minute cancellations due to genuine illness or emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment. I accept cash, contactless card payments, and bank transfers.
No advance payment or deposit is required to secure your booking however, card capture is done to protect my income in case of no shows and last minute cancellations.
Prices are clearly displayed for all services and may be subject to change. You'll be charged the price shown at the time of booking unless additional services are added (nail art, change of product).
4. Service Standards & Refunds
I am committed to providing the highest quality service and ensuring each client is happy with their results. If you have any concerns during your appointment, please let me know immediately so I can address them.
I do not provide refunds for services that clients are satisfied with at the time of the appointment.
If you experience any issues after your appointment, please contact me within 48 hours and I'll do my best to resolve any genuine concerns.
5. Home Salon Guidelines
Hannah's Beauty Nest operates from a home salon. Please respect the residential setting and keep noise to a minimum.
For hygiene and insurance reasons, children and additional guests cannot be accommodated during your appointment unless previously arranged.
Please follow any parking instructions provided when booking to avoid inconvenience to neighbours.
6. Health & Safety
Your safety is my top priority. All tools and equipment are sanitised between clients according to industry standards.
Please do not attend your appointment if you have any contagious conditions or feel unwell. Contact me to reschedule.
I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe a treatment may cause harm or if you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Certain treatments may require a patch test 24-48 hours before your appointment. Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that might affect your treatment.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected solely for booking purposes and to provide you with the best service possible, in compliance with GDPR regulations.
I will never share your details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.
8. General Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your appointment.
By booking an appointment with Hannah's Beauty Nest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
